Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, free from any damage, scratches, or signs of being tampered with or used.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original manufacturer's packaging (boxes, jars, wraps, etc.) and include all accessories (if any).
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase from Mina Skincare.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Manufacturer Defects/Damaged Products: If the product you received is faulty, damaged during shipping, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
Incorrect Product Received: If you received an item that is not what you ordered (e.g., wrong type, color, or volume).
Severe Allergic Reaction (with Medical Confirmation): In the rare event you experience a severe allergic reaction proven by medical confirmation (e.g., doctor's note), please contact us for review. We may require proof and will assess each case individually.
Non-Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following cases:

Products that do not meet the return conditions stated above.
Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Items purchased during special promotions or sales (unless there's a manufacturer defect).
You simply changed your mind after using the product, and there is no product defect.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Your order number
The name of the product you wish to return/exchange
The reason for the return/exchange, along with photos or videos (if the product is faulty/damaged).

Return the Product: If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item (except in cases of manufacturer defects or incorrect items shipped).
Completion of Return/Exchange:
For Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship your new item within 5 business days.
For Returns and Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Mina Skincare covers shipping costs: If the product has a manufacturer defect, was damaged during shipping, or if we sent you the wrong item.
Customer covers shipping costs: For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, desire to exchange for a different product).
